Meet Jaden Borbon

Jaden is an incoming high school freshman, Class of 2030, and a true two-way player. Over the last four years he has played every position on the diamond — his primaries are third base and right-handed pitcher, but put him anywhere and he gets it done. Off the field, he is a high-achieving student who brings the same focus to the classroom that he brings to the game.

His team signed up to compete at the WWBA Alabama Tournament, June 20 through 25 this month, one of the most competitive youth baseball tournaments in the country. This fundraiser helps cover the cost of getting him there.

His Story

It Started
At Four Years Old.

When Jaden's big sister Mariah left for college, the house felt a little quieter. Around that same time, his tía brought home a rec ball flyer and handed it to his mom, Cindy. She figured it might be a fun way to keep Jaden busy while the family missed Mariah — so they signed him up to give it a try.

He was four years old. He never stopped.

Through every season since, Jaden fell in love with the game. He tried other sports along the way — but baseball was always the one. From day one, this was it.
